Bradcorp is one of three landowners working co-operatively with Wollondilly Shire Council to deliver a new town at Wilton delivering high quality new housing, employment close to home, supporting infrastructure and services and a range of complementary land uses.

Bradcorp’s intensive work with other landowners drafting a high-level Masterplan and a suite of supporting studies led to the NSW Government recognising the strategic value of the locality, and developing the Wilton Priority Growth Area.

Two key elements of Wilton New Town can be attributed to Bradcorp’s overarching vision for the importance of housing in south west Sydney, and comprised of the rezoning of its key sites Bingara Gorge, and more recently North Wilton.

North Wilton

Location: Wilton NSW
Size: 870 Hectares
Estimated Completion: 2040

Bradcorp’s vision for North Wilton which was rezoned by the NSW Government in 2018 was conceived when it bought the landholding in 1990, and refined for today’s requirements. Its masterplan centred around the creation of a garden city offering housing, amenities and an unparalleled lifestyle in a beautiful natural setting.

The transformation of the 870-hectare site will include an entertainment and recreational activity hub centred around a multi-function lake, designed to enhance the beautiful natural setting located below the Razorback Range.

North Wilton, spanning 870 hectares, is the largest precinct within the Wilton Growth area, that will create a vibrant community, provide a diversity of housing choice and deliver thousands of jobs for the region.

In 2020, an agreement was finalised with Landcom to acquire and deliver the project in accordance with Bradcorp’s vision.

Bingara Gorge

Location: Wilton NSW
Size: 450 Hectares
Completion: 2026

Bingara Gorge, a premium lifestyle development at Wilton, represented the first stage in Bradcorp’s vision to create a self sustaining ‘garden city’ in the Sydney to Canberra growth corridor. Developing a master plan for the 450 hectare site, Bradcorp set out the blueprint for a 1165 lot community, with an 18-hole Championship golf course, primary school and 200 hectares of open space. Major infrastructure works for Bingara Gorge began in 2006 with LendLease as the delivery partner, who subsequently sold the project to Metro in 2021.

Stonequarry: rural/residential

Location: Picton NSW
Size: 32 Hectares – Stonequarry Estates
Completion: 2004

Stonequarry is an idyllic lifestyle estate comprising 53 one acre home sites. Surrounded by bushland and nestled in their own secluded retreat, residents enjoy a rural atmosphere just minutes from the township of Picton. Quality contemporary homes have been designed to a high architectural standard inspired by the natural rural bushland setting.

The remaining 120 hectares of the site has existing approvals for the development of a resort and lifestyle component. Bradcorp is currently reviewing plans with the intention to provide a more contemporary offering while retaining key elements of existing approvals. Any proposed amendments will be in consultation with the community and stakeholders.

Nangarin Vineyard Estate

Location: Picton NSW
Size: 123 Hectares
Completion: 2002

Nangarin Vineyard Estate near Picton in the Wollondilly Shire is the region’s first residential vineyard project, a ground-breaking rural residential concept. The project features an innovative reticulated sewer and irrigation system that integrates a rural/urban lifestyle with agricultural production. The rural environment is carefully protected through a Community Management Statement controlling building style, materials and the positioning of the homes on their large rural lots. The vineyards also link Nangarin to its past – Picton being the location where wine grapes were first grown in NSW.

The Cascades

Location: Mt. Annan NSW
Size: 46 Hectares
Completion: July 1999

One of the most successful residential estates ever built in southwest Sydney, The Cascades sold out 2 years ahead of schedule. Transforming a series of broken down farm dams into a cascading water feature running the length of the estate, Bradcorp brought the lifestyle benefits of waterfront living to the Camden Valley residents. The development provides environmental benefits in attracting water birds and other wildlife back into the Mount Annan area.

Location: Camden NSW
Size: 59 Hectares

Bridgewater is a harmonious extension of the Elizabeth Macarthur Estate in South Camden. Bradcorp’s masterplanning capabilities and expertise in community and council consultation resulted in a rezoning of the land, with Stocklands later developing the land.

Abbotsford Park

Location: Picton NSW
Size: 47 Hectares
Completion: 2001

Bradcorp’s smallest project was Abbotsford Park, a boutique rural residential development with a strong equestrian flavour. Abbotsford Park is a prime example of elegant country living. The estate is near Picton, just an hour from Sydney CBD.
