Wilton

Bradcorp is one of three landowners working co-operatively with Wollondilly Shire Council to deliver a new town at Wilton delivering high quality new housing, employment close to home, supporting infrastructure and services and a range of complementary land uses.

Bradcorp’s intensive work with other landowners drafting a high-level Masterplan and a suite of supporting studies led to the NSW Government recognising the strategic value of the locality, and developing the Wilton Priority Growth Area.

Two key elements of Wilton New Town can be attributed to Bradcorp’s overarching vision for the importance of housing in south west Sydney, and comprised of the rezoning of its key sites Bingara Gorge, and more recently North Wilton.

North Wilton

Wilton_West_sml

Location: Wilton NSW
Size: 870 Hectares
Estimated Completion: 2040

Bradcorp’s vision for North Wilton which was rezoned by the NSW Government in 2018 was conceived when it bought the landholding in 1990, and refined for today’s requirements. Its masterplan centred around the creation of a garden city offering housing, amenities and an unparalleled lifestyle in a beautiful natural setting.

The transformation of the 870-hectare site will include an entertainment and recreational activity hub centred around a multi-function lake, designed to enhance the beautiful natural setting located below the Razorback Range.

North Wilton, spanning 870 hectares, is the largest precinct within the Wilton Growth area, that will create a vibrant community, provide a diversity of housing choice and deliver thousands of jobs for the region.

In 2020, an agreement was finalised with Landcom to acquire and deliver the project in accordance with Bradcorp’s vision.
