A draft planning agreement, which sets out the proposed contribution Bradcorp would make towards roadworks, public transport and social infrastructure for North Wilton, is now on exhibition.
The agreement proposes a contribution to be made for each of the residential lots proposed for the land and the investment of $2,500,000 for the engagement of a Wilton Business Development Director.
In addition, Bradcorp must dedicate land for road widening and a primary school and would construct an 11 hectare artificial lake.
Bradcorp is also required to carry out roadworks including the construction of new arterial roads and an on-ramp, as well as the construction of a new bridge (including a vehicle carriageway, a pedestrian footway and cycleway) over the Hume Highway.
The agreement is on public exhibition until 10 May. You can read it here.
