North Wilton will be an aspirational self-contained garden city, delivering new homes in a recreation-rich setting with employment close to home.
Bradcorp’s transformation of the 870-hectare site will include an entertainment and recreational activity hub centred around a multi-function lake. North Wilton’s lake will enhance the development’s beautiful natural setting located below the Razorback Range. The gorges of the Nepean River and 300 hectares of riverfront bushland reserve will offer active recreational opportunities and protect bio-diversity resources.
In addition to including housing for first home buyers and young families, the 12-hectare lake-side activity hub is expected to deliver approximately 1,400 permanent jobs. There is potential for over 5,000 ongoing local jobs, and temporary construction jobs supporting the growth of Wilton

Lodgement of applications
New Homes, Parkland and School Site: Wilton North. A development application (DA) for the first North Wilton residential sub-division and key amenity infrastructure was lodged on 4 November. We concurrently submitted a Neighbourhood Plan for part of North Wilton which includes this first subdivision area. The DA and Neighbourhood Plan are consistent with the master plan previously exhibited.
The Development Application has been placed on exhibition by Wollondilly Shire Council for comment until Thursday 19 December 2019.
During public exhibition community and stakeholders have the opportunity to view the plans and associated documents and make comment through formal submissions.
About the applications lodged
The Stage 1 DA for the first residential sub-division is for 203 residential lots to be delivered in stages, a future school site lot and 2.8ha of passive open space. This open space area will be delivered as part of the first residential subdivision stage.

The Neighbourhood Plan shows how the principles of the Wilton Growth Plan and precinct plans will apply in local neighbourhoods in the Wilton Growth Area. It provides details about intended land use, density, open space provision, retention of large existing paddock trees, creation of green canopy and movement networks.
The Neighbourhood Plan will be firstly assessed by Council, in consultation with the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and other Government agencies. Following this, the plan is expected to be exhibited for public comment.
New Highway Ramps: South bound off and North bound easier and safer access
