Wilton North will be an aspirational self-contained garden city, potentially delivering around 5,400 new homes in a recreation-rich setting with employment close to home.
Bradcorp’s transformation of the 870-hectare site will include an entertainment and recreational activity hub centred around a multi-function lake. Wilton North’s lake will enhance the development’s beautiful natural setting located below the Razorback Range. The gorges of the Nepean River and 300 hectares of riverfront bushland reserve will offer active recreational opportunities and protect bio-diversity resources.
In addition to including housing for first home buyers and young families, the 12-hectare lake-side activity hub is expected to deliver approximately 1,400 permanent jobs. It is estimated that an additional 1,200 jobs will be generated in servicing the needs of the local community through the maintenance, education and community sectors.
